I cannot thank you and the Robbins team enough. My wife Denae and I are first time home buyers and it has not been an easy process especially when involved in a short sale. I originally scheduled the septic pumping for the 21st, then received a phone call it would have to be pushed back to the 28th, then received a second call that it could be moved up to the same day. This was a real blessing as your service was one of the few bright spots during this short sale. Your prices are amazing and your service is top notch. Please pass our sincere thanks to everyone on your team. You will be highly recommended to anyone who asks us for septic service.

We are a new Wedding Venue in Bucks County, PA. This past year several of our couples have rented the Robbins Septic Bathroom Trailer for their Wedding Receptions. I had Robbins come out in November 2024. I had never dealt with a septic company before, and they were super helpful in explaining the best way to get the most life from my septic system.

So, I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for any company before in my life. The customer service and quality of service that I received was nothing less than fantastic. I recently hosted an outdoor wedding at my house and was stuck on how to provide a bathroom for our guests. I called around to several places in the area for a bathroom trailer, and was quickly turned off by prices and the lack of response that I got from competitors. Robbins was one of the last places I called, and by far offered me the best price right away. I was in contact with Heather throughout the process and I can’t say enough about how great she was to work with, literally the entire time. SHE DECORATED THE TRAILER FOR MY WEDDING! One of the best companies I have ever worked with! Not only are they friendly and quick, but they also do quality work and stand behind their work. When our septic pump went they came out immediately to pump the tank and ordered a new pump which they then came to install with a warranty. They also jetted our tank and fixed the alarm system. Thank goodness they did, because with hurricane Ida we had some flooding, and lost power and the alarm on the tank was going off when the power came back on. They came out right away fully prepared to stand behind the warranty, but luckily it was just a minor repair. However, the peace of mind and quick action is greatly appreciated. Robbins has always worked around my schedule and have even helped to educate me more on our home and system. They are wonderful to work with, and very trustworthy. We have also used them for commercial used to rent porta potty’s and hand washing sinks for events, and their prices are always more than fair!- Nicole Bortz

Was having issues with my septic tank and called several places. No one could come out for several weeks but Robbins was able to come out two days after I called. They were here on time and did an excellent job. Brought plenty of hoses so did not need to drive on my property which was really nice! The owner Rob recommended some cleaners to use to clean my drain field pipes. That worked too! Price was what he quoted and his service was top notch. Thank you Mr. Robbins.- Steve Marenski

My regular company did not have holiday hours for what turned out to be a pump failure so I called Mark, very glad I did. He stuck to his original quote and pointed out several maintenance problems with the system that others never bothered to mention and make complete sense. We’re working together to bring up an onsite sand mound to full operational condition again and will continue to keep it maintained as it should be. Thank you! – James
